Reggie Hunt

'08, Reggie is consistently a top producer in her office and in 2005 she won the national sales award for being in the top 5% of the nation. She has been listing and selling real estate for 23 years in the Philadelphia suburbs and the Main Line. Being a native of the area, she has full expertise of the area schools, and the important nuances of each neighborhood. Her experience with land, estates, horse farms, older homes, historic homes and new construction reflects vital knowledge needed to service buyers and sellers. Having worked on Wall Street for ten years Reggie is sensitive that real estate is one’s primary asset, one that needs and deserves the highest professionalism and exceptional attention.
Reggie is an alumna of The Agness Irwin School and has a Bachelor's Degree from Wheaton College. Reggie is active many local Main Line charities. Reggie makes her home in Haverford in a beautifully restored older stone house. She is an experienced horse woman and has bred champion Norwich Terriers. Reggie is an avid tennis player.
Charlie Irwin
Charles Irwin offers unique perspective to his clients because he has extensive experience working in and around real estate for over twenty years. Before joining Long and Foster as an associate broker, Mr. Irwin was an associate broker at Brown Harris Stevens one of the oldest and most prestigious real estate firms in New York City. Prior, Mr. Irwin served as Vice President and Director of Property Management at Zeckendorf Realty, L.P. Focusing on asset management; he personally directed the management of several New York City’s top condominiums including Millennium Tower. Mr. Irwin also supervised a joint venture for asset management in Beijing, China.
His diverse experience includes the overseeing of numerous major repairs and capital projects both exterior and mechanical. In the course of his duties he has handled mortgage refinancing packages, insurance requirements and short-term financing. He has extensive experience in managing, upgrading and improving the value of assets. He knows that what a person buys is not necessarily what they will end up with. Value can be added through construction and renovation.
Born and raised in Manhattan, Mr. Irwin and his family have chosen to make their home in Bryn Mawr in Philadelphia’s Main Line. Mr. Irwin attended Franklin College in Switzerland and received bachelor's and master's degrees in Art History and Business from New York University. He has pursued a lifelong interest in fine arts, particularly fine art prints. In his leisure time he enjoys playing squash and golf.
